This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
One word - CONFIDENCE
You don't have to be a pro-just be present. Own your moment and don't overthink. Relax your whole body. Keep breathing! Listen to your photographer, they'll guide you. Small movements are better than freezing in one pose. YOU GOT THIS!
Are there travel expenses for your photography services?
Yes - travel fees may apply for sessions or events held outside of our local service area.
Travel within 30 miles of Orefield, PA is included. Sessions beyond may have an additional fee to cover mileage or lodging. We will talk about details at time of booking and stay transparent throughout the whole process!
How do i secure my date?
Reach out via email or direct messaging on any of the social media sites. Discuss location, date and time, and session style. Pay deposit - all bookings require a minimum 20% non-refundable deposit. All sessions must be paid in full before finished gallery is delivered.
WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD ON THE DAY OF AN OUTDOOR SHOOT?
No worries at all! If the weather doesn't cooperate, we've got a couple of options - either we reschedule for a better day or switch to an indoor location depending on type of session. I always keep an eye on the forecast and stay flexible so we can still make the most of your session!
How long does it take to get my photos & how are they delivered?
Editing can take up to 4 weeks, depending on the season and session type. You'll receive a link to your private online gallery as soon as your photos are ready - you can download and share from there.
What should i wear for my session?
Coordinate, don't match - choose colors that complement each other instead of identical outfits. neutrals, soft tones, and earthly colors (creams, olive, denim, rust, etc.) photograph beautifully.
Keep it simple - avoid loud patterns, logos, or neon colors.
Dress for the setting - think about location, season, and type of session.
BE COMFORTABLE - most important! You'll look your best when you feel your best!
do you retouch photos?
Yes! Basic retouching (color correction, lighting, skin smoothing, etc) is done on every delivered photo.
